Terms for using FreightWho

FreightWho lists carriers, brokers, and warehouses from public records, plus highlighted company pages. A row is a finding aid. It is not a promise about safety, insurance, or credit.

Featured sponsorships are monthly placements at $79/mo. A placement goes live within 24 hours of payment. Sponsorships can be canceled anytime. We do not refund a partial month. The refund page is the short version of that rule.

We can refuse or remove a placement that is unlawful or unrelated to freight. Checkout is handled by Stripe. FreightWho does not see the card number.

Do not copy the lists in bulk to build a competing database. Linking to a page is fine.
